By accessing or using EduCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
EduCore is provided as a Software-as-a-Service platform for education institutes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into EduCore. We do not claim any ownership rights over your institute's data, student records, or financial information. Upon cancellation, you can export your data.
EduCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
