All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If you're not satisfied within the trial period, simply don't upgrade — you'll never be charged.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a monthly subscription.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans. You may cancel to prevent future billing.
To request a refund, email us at billing@educore.in within the eligible period with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will not be provided if the account has been suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service, or if you have exceeded the limits of your plan and were notified.
